Retreat Cancelation Policy

We understand that life happens, and plans sometimes change. In order to provide the best experience for all guests and honor our commitments to venues and partners, we’ve established the following cancellation policy:

Deposits:


All retreat deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, as they secure your spot and help cover upfront costs.

 

Cancellations:


If you need to cancel your retreat registration:

  • More than 60 days before the retreat start date: You will receive a refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.

  • 30–60 days before the retreat start date: 50% of your total payment (minus the deposit) will be refunded.

  • Less than 30 days before the retreat start date: We are unable to offer refunds, as we are responsible for the full costs of your reservation at that time.

Transfers:


If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your spot to another person, you may do so at no additional cost. Please email us to arrange the transfer.

Trip Insurance:


We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers unexpected changes, medical needs, and cancellations to protect your investment.
